Double-End Bag

A small (8-9 inch diameter) leather ball attached to two elastic cords — one to the ceiling, one to the floor — so it springs back when hit. The double-end bag develops timing, eye-hand coordination, and head-movement timing better than any other tool. It's the practical drill for slipping: hit the bag, slip what bounces back.
